In accordance with Google Play&#039;s data security policies, we provide our users with a clear mechanism to request the deletion of their account and associated data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. How to request the deletion of your account<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since we are an educational institution and manage academic records, deletion is not automatic within the app to prevent accidental loss of academic history. To proceed, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Send an email to: support@ienyec.com.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the Subject: <strong>\u00ab&quot;Account cancellation request \u2013 IENYEC App&quot;\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the body of the email, include:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your full name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The email address or username you used to register on the App.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The reason for the request (optional).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our team will process your request within a maximum of <strong>3 business days<\/strong> and will confirm the action via email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Types of data that will be deleted<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the request has been processed, the following will be permanently deleted from our active servers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Access credentials (username and password).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Profile information (photo, biography, app preferences).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Device identifiers and session tokens.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have any questions about what specific data will be retained in your case, you can check it in the same application email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En IENYEC, valoramos su privacidad y sus derechos sobre sus datos personales.
