1. How to request the deletion of your account

Since we are an educational institution and manage academic records, deletion is not automatic within the app to prevent accidental loss of academic history. To proceed, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to: support@ienyec.com.
  2. Use the Subject: «"Account cancellation request – IENYEC App"».
  3. In the body of the email, include:
    • Your full name.
    • The email address or username you used to register on the App.
    • The reason for the request (optional).

Our team will process your request within a maximum of 3 business days and will confirm the action via email.

2. Types of data that will be deleted

Once the request has been processed, the following will be permanently deleted from our active servers:
