At “New York” International E-Learning Hub LLC (operators of ienyec.com), we pride ourselves on offering high-quality courses designed at the level of the most prestigious institutions and certifying bodies. We want our students to be completely satisfied with their learning experience.
Since we offer digital educational services and online classes, we have established the following policy to manage refund requests.
1. Rule
- We do not give refunds under any circumstances, the only option is for you to take your course during the period you paid for. So, you can do it right now or in several months, but not more than 1 year. If you show up after more than a year, then you will have lost the course and the money. According to our rules, we do not accept complaints of any kind and you can change for another course/program.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- International Exams: Fees paid specifically for preparation and registration for international certification exams, through third parties are non-refundable once the payment has been processed with the certifying entity.
- Student absences from scheduled classes (students are responsible for attending their chosen schedules between Monday to sundays).
3. Course Cancellation by the Institution
In the unlikely event that ienyec.com must cancel a course before it begins due to logistical or force majeure reasons, the student will be offered the option to reschedule for a new cycle or change the program or receive a 100% refund of their payment, but just in this case only.

Queremos que nuestros estudiantes estén completamente satisfechos con su experiencia de aprendizaje.
Como ofrecemos servicios educativos digitales y clases en línea, hemos establecido la siguiente política para gestionar solicitudes de reembolso.
1. Regla
No otorgamos reembolsos bajo ninguna circunstancia; la única opción es que tomes tu curso durante el período que pagaste. Así que puedes hacerlo ahora mismo o en varios meses, pero no más de 1 año. Si te presentas después de más de un año, habrás perdido el curso y el dinero. Según nuestras reglas, no aceptamos quejas de ningún tipo y puedes cambiarlo por otro curso/programa.
2. Artículos no reembolsables
Exámenes internacionales: Cuotas pagadas específicamente para la preparación y matrícula de exámenes de certificación internacional, a través de terceros No son reembolsables una vez que el pago haya sido procesado con la entidad certificadora. Ausencias de los estudiantes a las clases programadas (los estudiantes son responsables de asistir a los horarios que hayan elegido entre lunes y domingo).
3. Cancelación del curso por la institución
En el improbable caso de que ienyec.com deba cancelar un curso antes de que comience por razones logísticas o de fuerza mayor, se ofrecerá al estudiante la opción de reprogramarlo para un nuevo ciclo, cambiar de programa o recibir un reembolso del 100% de su pago, pero solo en este caso.
