• Institution Certificate: Upon successful completion of a course, the student will be awarded a “Certificate of Approval and Recognition” with Curricular and Academic Value. The issuance of this certificate is subject to meeting attendance requirements and passing internal evaluations.
• International Exams: We design our courses to prepare students for exams from prestigious certifying bodies (Goethe-Institut, DELF/DALF, Cambridge English, SIELE, TORFL, HSK, JLPT, TOPIK & TOEFL). However, registration, payment of fees, and the issuance of such official certificates are the sole responsibility of the respective external entities.

6. Payments, Returns, and Refunds

All payments for enrollment or monthly fees must be made through the authorized methods on our website. Refund requests are subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy, which stipulates the applicable timeframes and conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

5. Certificados y Exámenes Internacionales

• Certificado de la Institución: Al finalizar exitosamente un curso, el estudiante recibirá un “Certificado de Aprobación y Reconocimiento” con valor curricular y académico. La emisión de este certificado está sujeta al cumplimiento de los requisitos de asistencia y aprobación de las evaluaciones internas.
• Exámenes Internacionales: Diseñamos nuestros cursos para preparar a los estudiantes para exámenes de entidades certificadoras prestigiosas (Goethe-Institut, DELF/DALF, Cambridge English, SIELE, TORFL, HSK, JLPT, TOPIK & TOEFL).
